It's the imperative so:
Aime-moi si tu oses.
Ex: Catch me if you can in French is: Arrête-moi si tu peux

Oh and vous is either plural or formal but in this case (aimez-moi si vous osez) it seems like you're adressing a group of people so I strongly suggest using 2nd person singular ;)Help with English to French translation of "love me if you dare"?

is the literal translation . m' is the french reflexive me . aimez = love . si= if .
