I have my french Standard Grade french exam a week on Friday. I still have a little bit more to add to my job application essay before I can begin learning it. If you speak any french (no translator sites!) then could you please translate these three questions (into french for me)? Thanks ;)
1. How much do I get paid per day?
2. Is there a uniform? (I think that might be 'Es quil y a une uniforme' but i'm not sure)
3. How many hours must I work per week?
ps. If you have any ideas for better questions (for a job application) I greatly appreciate those too. ThanksI Need Some Questions Translated From English To French?
OK, I wouldn't translate your words litteraly because they would sound odd. So if you're applying to an already existing position, use the collective form (we or one):
1) Combien est-on pay茅 par jour? (How much do we/one get paid per day)
2)Doit-on porter un uniforme? (Do we/one have to wear a uniform?)
3)Combien d'heures travaille-t-on par semaine? (How many hours do we work per week?)
If you want to project yourself as if you already have the job, use the future:
1) Combien serai je pay茅 par jour? (How much will I be paid per day?)
2)Devrai-je porter un uniforme? (Will I have to wear a uniform?)
3)Combien d'heures devrai-je travailler par semaine? (How many hours will I work per week?)
I would add:
4) Qui nous encadre?/Qui m'encadrera? - Who will be my boss?I Need Some Questions Translated From English To French?
1) Combien est-ce que je gagne par jour? / combien suis-je pay茅 par jour?
2) Y a-t-il un uniforme? / est-ce qu'il y a un uniforme?
3) Combien d'heures dois-je travailler par semaine?
edit: for 1. you can also say "Quel est le salaire quotidien" (= literally "What is the daily salary")I Need Some Questions Translated From English To French?
1. Quelle sera la r茅mun茅ration (quotidienne) ?
2. Y a-t-il un uniforme 脿 porter ?
3. Combien d'heures doivent 锚tre travaill茅es hebdomadairement ?
4. Do you ever press charges against employees ? (joke)
