Can anyone Translate this to English from French?

My cousin got a dozen roses with a card in French (unsigned). I have tried online translators, but the translations do not seem to make sense, What do you make of this?

si vous voulez parce que vous etes Mon complice et j'aime tout. Et dans la rue q' cote de l'autre nous sommes plus que deuxCan anyone Translate this to English from French?
if you want to because you are my complice (partner in crime) and I love you very much.

And on the other side of the street we are more than just two

If you want because you are my friend and I like all. And in the road from one side to the other we are more than two.

This is strange. Are you sure that you're copying it perfectly? I've never heard anyone say "q' (que?) cote".Can anyone Translate this to English from French?
Not well written in real French. Better not to translate it bad either.
