Could somebody please translate this line of French into English?

It's from the song 'Ce jeu' by Yelle:

"Mais c'est vraiment trop facile, d猫s que tu souris tu me fascine comme un aimant sur

un fil de fer tendu et habile"

I tried to use a translator but it didn't come up with anything that made much sense :S

Thanks,

"But it's really too easy, as soon as you smile you fascinate me like a skilful magnet on a tight wire."

Sayings often don't translate that well but you get the gist of it.
But it's all too easy: as soon as you smile you attract me as a magnet draws a tense, cunning iron wire.

What it means is that the smile is irresistible and the person smiled at will do her bidding.Could somebody please translate this line of French into English?
It's French.

It won't make sense
But this is really too easy, as soon as you smile you fascinate me as a magnet on an iron stretched wire and skillful- that's what the translator came up with.

Nonsense!

Maybe the second bit refers to a magnetic personality...Could somebody please translate this line of French into English?
well, you are right - Babelfish didn't give us anything useful.

that probably means that some of the phrases are French idioms, and don't really translate at all. You need a French major, a french teacher, or a French national to help out. sorry.

(my college French doesn't go that far.)
