At times our friends abroad write to us in French, German, Etc., languages or they have their sites in such languages that are not in English.

So, if we have a translator software in to

What is the correct pronunciation of the French word, "confus?"?

I looked up the sentence "I am confused!" on the Google (English-to-French) translator and came up with "Je suis confus!" I know how to pronounce "je" and "suis," but do not know how to pronounce "confus." Can someone spell this word out for me phonetically? My 11 year old son who went on a french exchange needs help translating a thank you letter to french?

I don't speak french well enough to help him so would appreciate if a English to french translator would help. I don't want to use anything like Babel-fish as I know it's not accurate. This is what he wanted to say.
